Qingdao Greenwood New Decorative Materials Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufactures of PVC laminating films and hot stamping foils, it has

more than 15 years experience since the founder entered into this industry in 1999.

With the deands from markets & our old clients for the exterior foil, we studied & learned the producet from Germany; with about 3 years, we finally

have our own product and finished the test in German SZK lab. 

The weathering time on our exterior foil from lab is 12,000 hours, on basis of this data we could provide an pfficial10-year exterior use guarantee for it. .
Most of the designs follow brands like Renolit, LG or skai  (same structures, same raw material and same tests methods) 


Baisc tecnical data for the exterior foil:

Resistance to the environment	Meets the requirements of RAL - GZ 716 (1 section 1, Part 7), on the basis of artificial climatic tests carried out in accordance with DIN EN 513 at a dose of light irradiation 16 GJ / m². The film is suitable for use after 11,000 hours of irradiation with UV-rays UV-A lamps in a climatic chamber QUV device at a wavelength of 340 nm in accordance with ASTM G53.
Thermal stability	Embossing, color and luster of the material does not change during short-term exposure to high temperatures (100 ° C - 10 min) or under the influence of moderate temperature (65 ° C - 24 h).
Shrinkage	Max. 4 at 100 ° C for 10 min .; Max. 2.5 at 60 ° C for 10 min

Chemical resistance	No resistance to organic solvent, organic solution contained materials, or products contains organic solvents such as paint thinner, paint remover, polish or adhesives  Resistance to normal household cleaning agent, as well as to petrol, motor oil, olive oil and milk

Material resistance against infrared rays applied to lower surface temperature of laminated profile, then add the weather resistance, and longer life time.

Features:

2, air-slot contained
There are air-slots in the self-adhesive glue, so no bubble problem appears when laminating.
3, convenient and efficient 
The only requirement is a slight of primer, then a hand-laminating could be applied.
4, high weather ability 
With test condition 60% humidity, 20 degrees below zero for four hours, then 80 degree for 4 hours, and after a 192-hour recurring thermal shock test, no bubble, no wrinkle and no shedding
